Kashflow has been around since 2005 and in that time has received a number of industry awards; Best SME Accounting and Finance in 2011/12 and Best Small Business Accounting Software in 2008/09. It boasts a number of integrations into other mobile business services like Paypal, Shopify and Salesforce to name a few.
It is often touted as one of the best mobile accounting software application for small and medium enterprise (SME) business in the UK. The easy to use dashboard provides visibility of your business balance sheet, Profit and loss statement and cash flow statement.
Invoices are easily created with your companies branding as a one-off or on repeat frequency either weekly, monthly or annually.
Kashflow has adopted the accrual accounting method so if you are on a cash basis method it may be time to make a switch – after all, how long will cash be around?!
They revised their pricing in October 2016 as they launched a number of new features including automatic bank feeds and reconciliation, Kashflow payments, compliant value added tax (VAT) calculations and enhanced mobile business service features. There are 3 pricing plans available starting at £7 per month for sole traders, contractors and small businesses. £13 a month for an established business or limited company and £18 per month for larger businesses with up to 5 employees.
If your company is larger and you have employees the payroll feature makes it easy to manage your organization and pay 5 employees in a number of different currencies if you upgrade your plan.
